CRMSpotter is an independent platform that provides information, comparisons, and reviews of CRM tools, automation platforms, and related software. Our content is for informational purposes only and is based on our independent evaluation and community feedback.
3. Accounts
When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Acceptable Use

6. User-Generated Content
If you submit reviews, comments, or other content to CRMSpotter, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with the Service. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit.
7. Reviews and Comparisons
Our reviews and comparisons are based on independent evaluation. We strive for accuracy, but tool features, pricing, and capabilities change frequently. We do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of any review. You should verify all information directly with tool vendors before making purchasing decisions.
8. Affiliate Relationships
Some links on CRMSpotter are affiliate links. This means we may earn a commission if you sign up for a tool through our links, at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not influence our reviews or rankings. We clearly disclose affiliate relationships where they exist.
9. Pro Accounts
CRMSpotter offers a Pro subscription with additional features. Pro subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis and automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.
10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CRMSPOTTER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold CRMSpotter harmless from any claims, losses, or damages (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may also retain your data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
16. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Service.
